Refund policy
All items purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We offer exchanges in case of a sizing issue or in the highly unlikely event of there being a fault in the product. Please note if the desired size is not in stock we may not be able to offer an exchange immediately. Due to lighting and screen difference the colours of our products may vary and an exchange will not be offered due to this reason. To initiate an exchange under these circumstances the customer has a 24 hour window to contact us.

Exchange eligibility:
- The item must be completely unworn
- The tag must not have been removed
- There must be no stains or odours in the clothing
- Customer must cover the shipping cost to return the parcel to us
- Customer must cover the shipping cost to have the new size shipped out to them
Faulty Items:
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there are any faults. Take photographs immediately and our team will inspect the situation and make it right.
Cancellations:
All paid orders are dispatched on the same day or the following day. Therefore we are unable to offer cancellations once the order has been placed.
